Julie acquired and MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana in 1985 and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Eastern Kentucky University in 1979. She is a retired CPA. Julie has been married for over 30 years and has 2 children Jack and Caroline.

Monica Anderson joined AGRIfinancial Services in 2006 and currently handles the role of closing and lease coordinator. Monica’s experience includes mortgage servicing, loan processing, closing, investor accounting & reporting and leasing.

I started working at AGRIfinancial Services on December 13, 2010 after graduating from Spalding University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business. My career began as the Office Administrator for the AGRIfinancial staff and as an assistant to the marketing director. Today at AGRIfinancial, I am a member of the Servicing team where I provide customer service to our mortgage customers by phone, email, fax, and mail. My goal is to provide great customer service and be an asset to the company.
Kathleen Beckman
Kathleen Beckman joined AGRIfinancial Services in September 2011. She decided to return to Agricultural Lending after serving 18 years as a Controller of a large florist in Louisville KY . Previously, Kathleen worked in the Credit and Financial departments for Farm Credit in Louisville. Her degree is in Finance and she is a graduate of Western Kentucky University.
Sonja Evans
I joined AGRIfinancial Services in September 1993. I am currently the Cash Manager but have worked in several areas within the company over the years. Currently my job responsibilities include processing accounts receivables and payables, manage multiple bank accounts, complete Line of Credit Draws for AGRIfinancial customers, fund loan closings and assist AGRIfinancial customers with all type of servicing needs.
Tasha Cook
Tasha Cook began her career with AGRIfinancial Services in August 2001 and currently assists in the closing department working with Farmer Mac Sellers and post-closing. Tasha’s experience includes residential loan processing, underwriting, and other various aspects of AGRIfinancial. Tasha holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sullivan University.
Zac Brooks
Zac Brooks has been a part of the AGRIfinancial Services family since May of 2012. Zac grew up on a cattle farm in southern Indiana. He earned a degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University and serves as a board member for the Clark County Indiana Farm Bureau. In previous and current positions in Ag finance and sales, Zac provides financial solutions to farm producers across the United States. He started his professional career as an Ag loan officer in northern Indiana/southern Michigan for Wells Fargo Bank in 2008. He later worked for PNC bank as an AVP of Agricultural Banking, covering south-central Indiana and Kentucky. When joining AGRIfinancial Services, Zac spent over four years as a loan underwriter working with clients from every corner of the United States. Today he has joined the Servicing Department team as the Agricultural Finance Specialist. Zac’s experience includes completion of two CENTREC Credit Analysis courses, The Ag Lending Institute, Linda Keith’s Tax Return Analysis Classroom, and the Midwestern Ag Banking School program. Being a part of his family’s cattle farm, a loan officer, an underwriter, and now a servicer for completed loans, Zac has a unique perspective and insight into agricultural finance as he has been a part of the lending process from the field, to the closing table, and now to its last payment made.
Liz Naville
Liz Naville spent 12 years as an agricultural loan underwriter, with experience lending to a diversified portfolio of agricultural operations across the United States. The last four years have been spent managing and directing the credit department, working closely with sales, marketing, collateral and appraisal functions to improve processes and efficiencies.
Liz is a native of northeast Indiana and was raised on a corn, soybean, and wheat row-crop farm, that also included a farrow-to-finish hog operation. She moved to the Louisville, Kentucky area after graduating from Purdue University in 2000 with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics, and still lives in southern Indiana with her husband and five children. Liz is well-versed in complex credit analysis of multiple-entity operations, appraisal, and title review, as well as pricing, loan structure, and strategy for operating and mortgage loans.
Kaci Ferch
Kaci Ferch recently graduated in May 2012 from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and International Agriculture. Two weeks after her graduation date, she began her career in Louisville, Kentucky, with AGRIfinancial Services as an Agricultural Loan Underwriter.
Mary Cunningham
I began my career at AGRIfinancial Services in February 2007 after working at American Commercial Lines for 27 ½ years in the IT Department, where I was Supervisor of the Data Entry and Microfilm Departments and later became Senior Computer Operator. I currently provide customer service to our mortgage customers. I am responsible for: monitoring the non-escrow insurance and property taxes, annual property inspections and tax information, balancing monthly reports for our investors, processing manual monthly billing statements and setting up new loans in our servicing database. I have worked in the corporate business environment for over 32 years and have an AS in Business Management from Sullivan University. I strive to do the very best at my job every day and provide outstanding customer service to our customers.
Stacy Cavanaugh
I accepted a position with AGRIfinancial Services in January 2006 after working here for more than a year in a temporary position.
Prior to coming here, I worked at Bank of America for almost 10 years until they closed their Mortgage Servicing Center in Louisville.
I was an AVP and managed the Customer Service Escrow Accounting, PMI, and Mail Support Teams. Today, I manage the Escrow Accounting, Payment
Processing, Payoffs, and Field Servicing payments in the Customer Service Dept. at AGRIfinancial Services. I have almost 20 years of Mortgage Servicing
experience. I pride myself in always striving to do the right thing for our company and our customer every time, while also providing kind, compassionate customer service.
Deidra Williams
I have been working with AGRIfinancial Services since December 2006. I began as an Account Executive for our Residential Farm Loan programs. I assisted our residential underwriters in collecting a full credit file needed for the credit review. In addition, I reviewed the initial credit file to determine if the loans met our minimum loan requirements. Once we no longer provided the Residential Farms Loans I moved to the Closing Department. During my time in closing my responsibilities were to review the post-closing documents prior to submitting them to our investors, released the Security Instruments for the paid in full loans and provided reports for closing to our investors. November of 2014, I accepted a position in our Lease Department as a Leasing Closing and Construction Coordinator. My main responsibilities were to fund and close Morton Buildings, Inc. construction leases. In May 2016, I accepted the Credit Delivery Specialist position. This position provides support to our in house underwriters and working with our Sales Staff to ensure the underwriters get a complete credit file. I provide support for our online information requests, phone calls and emails. This is another opportunity to learn a new position in the company which allows me to grow & continue to provide support for our team at AGRIfinancial Services, our correspondents, investors and customers.
Rose Huie

AGRIfinancial Services in May1998 and currently handles the role of loan investor accountant as well as overseeing licensing for the company. Rose’s experience includes marketing, loan processing, closing and various other aspects of
AGRIfinancial. Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is currently working on her MBA.
Heather Shaw
Heather Shaw is native of Louisville, Kentucky who joined our company in 2012 as our Office Manager. Heather is a Dean’s List graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and a McKendree University graduate holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Heather is a member of the Loan Accounting team where she handles payment processing, ACH balancing, seller/correspondent inquires, along with advance reconciliation, proceed assignment management and is a member of our internal training committee. She strives to provide accurate processing, purposeful feedback, relative training and mentoring to new and existing employees.
Deena N. Brown
Deena N. Brown
Hailing from seed corn country in northwest Indiana, Deena has earned 15 years of underwriting experience since graduating with a degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. Part of that 15 years includes review of appraisals for internal purposes. Professional memberships include the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Deena lives in Georgetown, Indiana with her husband, Philip. When not working on improving the house and yard, they can be found supporting and enjoying Louisville’s various attractions.
Jackie Sams
Jackie Sams joined AGRIfinancial Services in 2001 and currently handles the role of Supervisor Loan Closing Services. Jackie’s experience with closing has been in the fields of operating loans, residential loans and full time farm loans. She also works with lending institutions as a central servicer for Farmer Mac and assists them thru the closing process and selling the loans to Farmer Mac.
Kim Cruce
Kim Cruce joined AGRIfinanacial Services in July 2014 and has recently transitioned to the position of Marketing Specialist. As such, she provides support to the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Officers and coordinates Trade Shows as well as handling any marketing related endeavors. Her background experience was in the insurance industry as well as a career consultant with a community college. Both these positions bring strong customer service skills to her position with AGRIfinancial Services. Kim graduated from Eastern Illinois University cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts.
Nate Fellows
Nate Fellows started with AGRIfinancial Services in July of 2014. Nate grew up farming on his family’s farm in southern Indiana. The farm operation included tobacco, corn, popcorn, soybeans, wheat, beef cattle, and hogs. Nate continues to farm with his parents. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Systems Management from Purdue University. Prior to working at AGRIfinancial Services, Nate managed grain facilities on the Ohio River and barge fleets in the New Orleans, LA region; including barge logistics on various river sections and barge placement at customer docks. He was a loan officer for the Farm Service Agency and has experience in commercial lending at a local bank.
Tracy Foster
Tracy Foster joined AGRIfinancial Services in January 2015 as Post Closing Coordinator. In this role, she is responsible for obtaining and managing required documents on all closed loans. Additionally, she executes the release of security instruments at the county and state level for all paid in full loans. Her background experience includes 16 years of banking, auditing, and accounts receivable.
Becky Haysley is a native of Louisville who joined AGRIfinancial Services in 2015 and currently handles the role of Office Manager. Becky’s experience includes over 30 years in the legal, marketing, and real estate industries.
Austin Doughty
Austin Doughty started with AGRIfinancial Services in September of 2015 as a finance intern. He joined our team as a full time employee in February of 2016 as a Financial Analyst. Austin grew up in Southeast Louisiana in a suburb of New Orleans. Austin attended Louisiana State University for two years before moving to Louisville, Kentucky where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. Austin also works closely with CGB Diversified Services as well where he is able to lend his knowledge of financial principles to assist them in a wide variety of tasks.
Marchelle Kern
Marchelle Kern joined AGRIfinancial Services in March 2016 as the Post Closing Coordinator. She is
responsible for obtaining the required documents on all closed loans, and managing the paid in full
process. Marchelle’s background includes a couple decades in residential lending experience, origination, processing, and closing in several states. Her grandparents owned a medium size cotton farm in Mississippi, which is still in the family. She has been married almost 30 years and has five children. Currently Marchelle resides on a working farm in Southern Indiana. She enjoys working in her vegetable garden, playing the piano and violin, as well as cooking for lots of people!
Cheryl Truman
Cheryl Truman joined Agrifinancial Services in March 2016 in the position of accounts payable and scanning coordinator. In this role she is responsible for receiving, verifying, processing invoices, and issuing payments. Additional responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing documents for scanning and filing for future review. Her background experience of 15 years included office management which assisted start up branches in the Louisville, KY area setting up office procedures, logistics, and ultimately provide the best service to vendors, coworkers, and customers. Cheryl’s attention to detail and accuracy promotes contributing her best and willingness to always provide assistance. Cheryl resides in Louisville and has three grown children.
Kevin Stith
Kevin Stith started with AGRIfinancial Services in January of 2016. He graduated with a B.S. from Western Kentucky University in Animal Science & a M.S. from Southern Illinois University in ruminant nutrition. Kevin has been involved in Ag lending and Credit analysis for over 8 years. He spent three years as a community bank branch manager in Central Kentucky and five years in underwriting in the Farm Credit system. Kevin previously owned a tax office and prepared tax returns and bookkeeping services for two years. Currently he lives on a farm in central Kentucky with his wife & children raising Angus & Simmental cattle. Kevin is president of the local Cattleman’s Association, volunteers as the 4-H beef leader, & shows cattle with his daughter & son.
Anna-Marie Forshee
Anna-Marie joined AGRIfinancial Services in September of 2015. She was born and raised on a cattle and poultry farm in eastern Alabama. Anna-Marie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics and Business with a minor in Natural Resource Management and Environmental Policy as well as a minor in Dance from Auburn University. After college, Anna-Marie studied law at Faulkner University Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama and earned her Juris Doctorate. She is currently a member of the Kentucky Bar Association. While in law school, she worked for the Alabama Department of Agriculture. Anna-Marie married in May 2015 and resides in Louisville with her husband, Tyler.
Martin Humes
Martin Humes joined AGRIfinancial Services in May of 2016 and is responsible for managing the overall appraisal process. He is a Certified General Appraiser and holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation which is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers to those members that have demonstrated through course work, experience, work review and a comprehensive exam that they have the expertise required for the most complex rural appraisal assignments. Prior to joining AGRIfinancial Serivces, Martin was employed by Rabo AgriFinance for over 10 years, most recently as a Senior Appraiser & Team Leader. Martin’s career also includes 10 years as a high school agriculture teacher and FFA Advisor in Kentucky. Martin grew up on his family’s farm in Spencer County, Kentucky where they raised tobacco, hay, corn, soybeans, beef cattle, and hogs. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agriculture and Food Science from the University of Kentucky in addition to Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Western Kentucky University.
Brian Engleman
Brian Engleman started with AGRIfinancial Services in June of 2016. Graduating with a B.S. from Indiana University in Business Administration Brian has been involved with Ag lending and credit analysis for over 10 years. Previously he had over 20 years of banking experience in retail, mortgage, and commercial lending. Currently, Brian actively works on the family farm raising beef cows and hay. In addition, he is a board member for the Harrison County Agricultural Fairgrounds, member of Harrison County Cattlemen’s Association, and a collector of antique fishing tackle.
Matt Wilson
Matt Wilson is a Lexington, KY native who started with AGRIfinancial Services in March 2016 in the loan servicing department. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with an B.S. in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Business. Matt’s primary responsibilities include loan boarding and auditing, assisting with billing statements, monitoring insurance and taxes, payoff analysis, and providing exceptional customer service. Matt continues to grow as he is assigned various other duties in his journey with the company.
Karen Dattilo
Karen Dattilo started with AGRIfinancial Services in May 2016 assisting in the transition of a new accounting system. Previously, she worked in the transportation industry for 28 years in the accounting and system development environments at UPS. In 2004, Karen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University and is certified with the International Software Testing Qualification Board as a Quality Assurance Tester for systems development. She lives in Louisville and has three adult sons David, Daniel, and Drew. In addition to that, Karen enjoys her three grandchildren Addison, Ryleigh, and Logan.
Marc Denham
Marc is a native of Louisville, Kentucky & joined AGRIfinancial Services in November of 2016 in the loan accounting department. Prior to coming AFS Marc has been involved in banking for over 12 years. Marc has experience in Special Assets, Mortgage & Recovery in the banking field. He attended school at JCTC and studied finance at the University of Louisville. Marc also has a French Bulldog named Deno.
John Graves
John Graves started with AGRIfinancial Services in January of 2017. He graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics and obtained an MBA from Bellarmine University. John has been involved in Ag lending for over 8 years, previously working within the Farm Credit System as a Relationship Manager for CoBank, and as a Credit Analyst with Farm Credit Mid America. He resides in Louisville and remains active on his family’s beef cattle farm in his hometown of Tompkinsville, Kentucky.
Pam Hansford
Pam Hansford joined AGRIfinancial in January 2017 in Post -Closing. Pam has been involved in the finance and barging industry for over 30 years. Her experience includes prior service with CGB AGRIfinancial Services in the Post Closing department as well as experience in residential loan underwriting and closing. Before returning to AGRIfinancial Services in 2017 she was Credit Manager for a cabinet manufacturing company and Office Manager for a billing office.
Savannah Clark
Savannah Clark joined AGRIfinancial Services in April 2017 as a Loan Closing Coordinator. She relocated to Kentucky from Charlotte, North Carolina, and brings with her 7 years of residential lending and banking experience. She has worked for Wells Fargo, SunTrust, and Wyndham Capital, closing residential loans across the United States. Savannah has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Carolina in Greensboro and a Master’s degree in Business Management from Capella University. In her free time Savannah enjoys exploring Louisville and discovering all of the attractions that the city has to offer.
Austin Buchanan
Austin Buchanan joined AGRIfinancial in 2017. He graduated from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville, and has been licensed to practice law since 2014, and has worked in real estate, corporate law, and loan closings since that time. He has extensive real estate collateral and securitization experience, and enjoys these entertaining areas of the law. Austin and his wife love the outdoors and can often be found walking, running, or hiking with their son.
Alex Beyer
Alex Beyer started with AGRIfinancial Services in October of 2017. Alex grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and moved to Louisville, Kentucky in 2004. Alex graduated from Indiana University in May of 2017 where he received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs. Alex’s family owns farm land in central Indiana where he enjoys spending time. Alex also enjoys spending time outdoors and can be found fishing, playing golf, or playing with his dogs.
Becky Medley
Becky Medley joined AGRIfinancial Services, as the Office Manager, in January 2018. She provides support to the company staff and is the first point of contact for persons calling or visiting the office. Becky’s background includes retail bank management and mortgage lending. In addition, she graduated from Central Methodist University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
